After reports of shutting down it’s headquarters in Seattle, today Cyanogen Inc. officially announced that it will be shutting down all its services. Adding to this, the company also said that Cyanogen-supported nightly builds will be discontinued by the end of this month. SO there will be no future updates Cyanogen-powered devices such as OnePlus One, Yu Yureka or ZUK Z1. Owners of Cyanogen-powered devices move to CyanogenMod or any other ROM if they want latest updates.

As part of the ongoing consolidation of Cyanogen, all services and Cyanogen-supported nightly builds will be discontinued no later than 12/31/16. The open source project and source code will remain available for anyone who wants to build CyanogenMod personally.
There is no further info about the reason behind this, we will update you soon once they will come out with more details.
