A new Sony smartphone spotted on the GFXBench website with code name ‘Pikachu’, revealing bunch of information about it. The specs listing reveals that the Sony Pikachu features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 resolution) HD display and is powered by MediaTek MT6757 Helio P20 SoC with octa-core 2.3GHz processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The available internal storage is showing around 22GB, that means it will support 32GB of internal storage.
The Sony Pikachu is spotted running Android 7.0 Nougat along with 21MP rear camera unit with 7MP front facing camera. Going by the specs, Sony Pikachu is seem to be the Sony G3112 that has been leaked earlier couple of times.
Earlier to this, we have also reported that the two new 2017 Xperia models G3121 and G3112 spotted to be tested by SONY. More details about these models have also surfaced earlier this week.
