SwiftKey brings back phone number and email predictions for Android and iOS

SwiftKey’s latest update for Android and iOS re-enabled the prediction feature for it’s users. With the latest update SwiftKey brings back phone number and email predictions within it’s app. You can download/update the latest version of the app from the links below for Android and iOS from the respected stores.

According to the change-log for predictions in the latest version of the app: “Number, email and other predictions containing ‘@’ are turned back on. All previously learned number, email and @ predictions have been deleted but can now be relearned.”

In addition to this, SwiftKey’s Android app also brings supports to eight new languages: Kurdish, Aragonese, Maltese, Nynorsk, Frisian, Luxembourgish, Faroese and Asturian.

SwiftKey had disabled phone number and email predictions as well as cloud sync service from its app after they received complaints causing “unfamiliar terms” as well as other users’ email addresses to show up as text predictions. Cloud sync service was re-enabled in an update earlier this month and now they re-enabled the prediction feature also for the app.
